عوامل مؤثر بر مشارکت اعضا در مدیریت شرکت‌های تعاونی روستایی شهرستان گرگان

چکیده

این تحقیق با هدف شناسایی و تحلیل عوامل مؤثر بر مشارکت اعضا در مدیریت شرکت‌های تعاونی روستایی شهرستان گرگان انجام گرفت. تحقیق حاضر از نوع توصیفی بود و به شیوة پیمایشی اجرا شد. جامعة آماری تحقیق تمام اعضای شرکت‌های تعاونی روستایی شهرستان گرگان را در بر گرفت. حجم نمونه از طریق فرمول کوکران مشخص‌شد (140n=). برای نمونه‌گیری از روش طبقه‌ای تصادفی استفاده شد. روایی پرسش‌نامة محقق‌ساخته بر اساس نظر کمیته تحقیق و کارشناسان ادارة تعاون روستایی و پایایی آن نیز از طریق محاسبة ضریب آلفای کرونباخ (76/0r=) تأیید شد. نتایج آزمون همبستگی نشان داد که بین میزان حضور اعضا در مجامع عمومی با میزان علاقه به مشارکت در مجامع رابطة مثبت معنی‌دار و با سابقة عضویت رابطة منفی معنی‌داری وجود دارد. به علاوه، نتایج همین قسمت نشان داد که بین میزان علاقه به مشارکت در مجامع با سطح سواد پاسخگویان رابطة منفی معنی‌دار و با سن پاسخگویان رابطة مثبت معنی‌دار وجود دارد. نتایج تحلیل عاملی به استخراج 3 عامل با عنوان‌های توان مدیریتی، عملکرد تعاونی و سازوکار مدیریت مشارکتی منجر شد که 63/60 درصد واریانس عوامل تأثیرگذار بر مشارکت اعضا در مدیریت تعاونی را تبیین کردند. نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون لجستیک نیز نشان که با بهبود توان مدیریتی شرکت، عملکرد تعاونی، سازوکار مدیریت مشارکتی و سواد اعضا احتمال شرکت فرد عضو تعاونی در مجامع افزایش پیدا می‌کند، در حالی که با افزایش سن و سابقة اعضا احتمال شرکت آن‌ها در مجامع کاهش می‌یابد.

چکیده [English]

This research aimed to identify and analyze the influential factors on member's participation in management of rural co-operatives in Gorgan Township. This descriptive research has been done by survey method.  Populationincluded all the members of rural co-operatives in Gorgan Township. Sample size has been determined by Cochranformula (n=140). A researcher-made questionnaire was used in order to collect data. Face and content validity were established by a panel of experts. Reliability of the questionnaire was confirmed according to calculated Cronbach's alpha (r=0.76). The results of correlation coefficient showed that there was a significant relationship between members’ participation rate in public conventions and membership background as well as their interest to participate in conventions. Factor analysis of the "influential factors on members’ participation in management of rural cooperatives", extracted three factors, named "management potency", "cooperative performance" and "mechanism of participative management", explained 60.63% variances of analyzed variables. The results of logistic regression analysis showed that probability of participation in conventionsincreased through "management potency" and "cooperative performance" while increase in years of experience and member's age decreased their participation in various conventions.
