تبیین تأثیر سرمایه اجتماعی بر هوشیاری کارآفرینانه اعضای تعاونی‌های تولید روستایی استان کرمانشاه با میانجیگری اشتیاق کارآفرینانه

چکیده

هدف این تحقیق بررسی تأثیر سرمایة اجتماعی در هوشیاری کارآفرینانه با میانجیگری متغیر اشتیاق کارآفرینانةاعضای تعاونی­های تولید روستایی استان کرمانشاه بود. این پژوهش از نظر هدف، از نوع تحقیقات کاربردی و به لحاظ شیوة گردآوری داده­ها، از نوع تحقیقات توصیفی - همبستگی بود. جامعة آماری این تحقیق را 3851 نفر از اعضای شرکت­های تعاونی روستایی فعال استان کرمانشاه تشکیل ­دادند که با توجه به جدول بارتلت، 351 نفر از آنها از طریق روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. برای گردآوری داده­ها از پرسشنامه­های استاندارد استفاده شد. روایی پرسش‌نامه با بهره‌گیری از روایی صوری، تشخیصی و همگرا به روش تعیین شاخص میانگین واریانس استخراج‌شده بررسی گردید. به‌منظور تعیین پایایی ابزار تحقیق نیز روش پایایی ترکیبی به کار رفت که مقادیر آن برای بخش‌های اصلی پرسش‌نامه در سطح مناسب (در دامنه بین 82/0 تا 9/0) قرار داشت. برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها و بررسی فرضیه‌ها از روش مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری به روش حداقل مربعات جزئی استفاده شد که به این منظور، نرم‌افزار آماری Smart PLS به کار گرفته شد. در نهایت، یافته‌ها نشان از تأیید تمام فرضیه­های پژوهش داشت به‌طوری‌که تأثیر مثبت سرمایة اجتماعی بر هوشیاری کارآفرینی و همچنین تأثیر مثبت اشتیاق بر هوشیاری کارآفرینی تأیید شد. در ضمن، نقش میانجی اشتیاق کارآفرینانه در رابطة سرمایة اجتماعی و هوشیاری کارآفرینی تأیید شد.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this research was to explaining the level of entrepreneurship alertness based on the components of social capital and entrepreneurial ideal identity (Case study: members of rural production cooperatives in Kermanshah Province). This research in terms of purpose was applied research and in terms of data collection method, was a descriptive-correlative research type. The statistical population of this research were 3851 members of rural cooperative companies operating in Kermanshah Province. According to the Bartlett Table, 351 of them were selected through a proportional allocation sampling method. Standard questionnaires were used to collect data. Validity of the questionnaire was evaluated using formal, diagnostic and convergent validity by the method of determining the mean value of the extracted variance. In order to determine the reliability of the research tool, the combination reliability method was used. Its values ​​for the main sections of the questionnaire were at the appropriate level (range from 0.82 to 0.90). To analyze the data and examine the hypotheses, Structural Equation Modeling was applied using partial least squares method. For this purpose, Smart PLS software was used. Finally, the findings indicated that all the research hypotheses were confirmed, so that the positive effect of social capital on entrepreneurial consciousness as well as the positive effect of enthusiasm on entrepreneurial consciousness was confirmed. Meanwhile, the role of mediator of entrepreneurial passion in the relationship between social capital and entrepreneurship alertness was confirmed.
