بررسی چالش‌های پیش‌روی تعاونی‌های تأمین‮ نیاز مشاغل

چکیده

مطالعة حاضر با هدف تعیین چالش‌های پیش روی تعاونی‌های تأمین نیاز مشاغل به منظور ارائه راهکارهای مناسب توسعه و تقویت این تعاونی‌ها با استفاده  از تکنیک دلفای انجام گرفت. جامعة آماری تحقیق مدیران عامل تعاونی‌های تأمین نیاز مشاغل موفق به تعداد 34 نفر و کارشناسان متخصص این تعاونی‌ها به تعداد 54 نفر بودند که به روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند از استان‌های مختلف کشور انتخاب شدند. طی سه مرحله، در نهایت، تعداد 38 چالش از دیدگاه مدیران عامل موفق و کارشناسان استخراج شدند. این چالش‌ها در قالب عناوین "همکاری و هماهنگی"، "حمایت‌های دولتی"، "سیاست‌گذاری"، "قوانین و مقررات"، "رقابت"، "مشارکت"، "ارزیابی عملکرد و پاداش"، "فناوری"، "فرهنگ‌سازی"، "بازاریابی"، "توانایی گروه مدیریت" و "تحقیق و توسعه" و راهکارها در قالب "قوانین و مقررات"، "حمایت‌های دولتی"، "حذف موازی‌کاری"، "تعامل و همکاری"، "حرفه‌ای‌گرایی"، "ارزیابی عملکرد"، "کنترل و نظارت"، "رسمیت تعاونی"، "تحقیق و توسعه"، "استانداردسازی فعالیت‌ها"، "توان مدیریتی"، "توزیع و بازاریابی"، "فرهنگ‌سازی" و "شراکت و سرمایة اجتماعی" مقوله‌بندی شدند.

چکیده [English]

This study aimed to determine the challenges of DCPBR (Distribution of Cooperatives Provision Business Requirements). The research has been implemented in two steps. In the first step, the research conceptual framework were extracted by reviewing of the relevant documents. In the second step, by using Delphi technique the challenges of DCPBR were extracted. The respondents of this part were the managing directors of successful DCPBR and experts in the country who were selected by purposive sampling method. The output of the second step were 38 challenges that were categorized under "cooperation and coordination", "governmental supports", "policy- making", "rules and regulations", "competition", "participation", "performance appraisal and reward", "technology", "public making culture", "marketing", "the ability of the management team" and" research and development”. Finally, with paying attention to the extracted challenges some solutions were presented for removing these challenges.
