عوامل مؤثر بر پاسخگویی زیست‌محیطی شرکت های تعاونی تولید کشاورزی استان ایلام

چکیده

پاسخگویی زیست‌محیطی شرکت مبین واکنش شرکت‌ها به موضوعات زیست‌محیطی است. هدف این مطالعه بررسی تأثیر ارزش‌ها و نگرش زیست‌محیطی بر پاسخگویی زیستمحیطی شرکت‌های تعاونی تولید کشاورزی استان ایلام بود. این تحقیق با توجه به‌ هدف، کاربردی و از لحاظ گردآوری داده‏ها، توصیفی بود. جامعة آماری مطالعه را 70 نفر از مدیران شرکت‌های تعاونی تولید کشاورزی استان ایلام تشکیل دادند که به‌‌ روش سرشماری مطالعه شدند. برای گردآوری داده‌ها از پرسش‌نامه‌ بسته استفاده گردید که روایی ظاهری و محتوایی آن با نظرسنجی از متخصصان و صاحب‌نظران در زمینة موضوع تأیید شد. برای سنجش پایایی ابزار تحقیق از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ استفاده شد که میانگین آن برای متغیرهای مطالعه 85/0 به دست آمد. مطابق یافته‌ها، جهتگیریهای ارزشی با نگرش زیست‌محیطی همبستگی معنی‌داری داشتند، اما با پاسخگویی زیست‌محیطی شرکت همبستگی نداشتند. دو ارزش قدرت و نوع‌دوستی 41/0 درصد از تغییرات نگرش زیست‌محیطی را تبیین کردند. نگرش زیست‌محیطی نیز با پاسخگویی زیست‌محیطی شرکت همبستگی نداشت. با توجه به نتایج، نتیجه‎گیری شد ارزش‌ها و نگرش‌ زیست‌محیطی در میان مدیران عمیق و واقعی نبوده‌اند؛ زیرا منجر به رفتار مسئولانه و پاسخگو در قبال محیط‌زیست نشده‌اند.

چکیده [English]

Corporate environmental responsiveness (CER) refers to the extent to which organizations respond to natural environmental issues. The goal of this research was to investigate effective factors in CER of agricultural production cooperatives in Ilam Province, Iran. This was an applied research in terms of goal orientation and a descriptive-correlational study based on the method. The study population included 70 managers of agricultural production cooperatives in Ilam province. Census sampling method was applied in the study. For data collection, we used a closed-ended questionnaire. The face and content validity of the questionnaire were assessed by a panel of experts. Cronbach’s alpha was calculated to estimate the reliability of the questionnaire (85%). The findings revealed that the mean CER was below average. Based on the analysis of the questionnaire items, corporate policies were based on waste removal had the highest priority. On the other hand, corporate policies were based on the use of recycled raw materials and natural environmental training/seminars were utilized for corporate employees and managers were ranked the lowest among CER items.
