تحلیل عاملی موانع تعاونی های تولید کشاورزی شهرستان بوکان از دیدگاه اعضا

چکیده

امروزه نقش اقتصادی تعاونی های کشاورزی در کنار ارزشهای انسانی تعاون همچون عدالت، انصاف، همبستگی، مشارکت اعضاء و اشتغال زایی توجه به زمینه های ارتقای کیفیت تعاونی ها را ضروری می سازد. هدف این تحقیق، بررسی و تحلیل موانع پیش روی تعاونی های تولید کشاورزی در شهرستان بوکان بود که با روش توصیفی– پیمایشی انجام شده است. جامعه آماری تحقیق 1200 نفر از اعضای شرکت های تعاونی تولیدی کشاورزی در شهرستان بوکان در سال 1395 بودند. حجم نمونه نیز با استفاده از فرمول کوکران 133 نفر تعیین شد. روایی پرسشنامه تحقیق با استفاده از نظرات اساتید راهنما و مشاور و کارشناسان بخش کشاورزی کسب شد و برای محاسبه پایایی ابزار تحقیق از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ استفاده شد که میانگین آلفای کرونباخ بدست آمده برای پرسشنامه برابر 94/0 بود. با استفاده از تکنیک تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی موانع پیش روی تعاونیهای تولید کشاورزی در شهرستان بوکان در پنج عامل خلاصه شدند که به نام های عوامل اجتماعی، مالی، اداری، آموزشی و ساختاری دسته بندی شدند. این پنج عامل در مجموع حدود 69 درصد از واریانس موانع پیش روی تعاونی های تولید کشاورزی در شهرستان بوکان را تبیین می نمایند.

چکیده [English]

The aim of this study was to analyze the factors regarding barriers of
Agricultural Production Cooperatives from viewpoints of their members in the Bukan
Township. The methodology used in this research was survey which included the use of
correlation and descriptive analysis as data processing methods. Content and face
validity were established by a panel of experts consisting of faculty members and
experts in the agriculture sector. The average of Cronbach’s Alpha coefficient was 0.94,
which demonstrated that the questionnaire was highly reliable. The research population
included farmers who member of agricultural production cooperatives in the city of
Bukan in the West Azerbaijan Provinces (N = 1200). By using a Cochran formula,
sample size was determined at 133. Exploratory factor analysis was used, to determine
barriers factors in formation agricultural production cooperatives. By the use of
exploratory factor analysis barriers of agricultural production cooperatives operating in
the Bukan Township under five factors were identified. These factors were social
obstacles, financial obstacles, administrative obstacles, educational obstacles and
infrastructural obstacles. These five factors explained a total of 69% of the variance of
barriers of Agricultural Production Cooperatives from perception of members in the
Bukan Township.
