بررسی میزان تأثیر مؤلفه های سرمایه اجتماعی در عملکرد شرکتهای تعاونی مطالعه موردی تعاونیهای دام و طیور در شهرستان مشهد

چکیده

این پژوهش در سال 1387 با هدفبررسی میزان تأثیر مؤلفه‌های سرمایه اجتماعی بر عملکرد تعاونیهای دام وطیور در شهرستان مشهد انجام شده است. پژوهش از نوع کاربردی و روش انجام آن توصیفی- همبستگی است. جامعه آماری مورد مطالعه 550 نفر از اعضا تعاونیهای دام وطیور در شهرستان مشهد را در برمی‌گیرد که از بین آنها170 نفر بر اساس فرمول کوکران و با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری طبقه‌ای تصادفی با انتساب متناسب انتخاب و مطالعه شدند. ابزار پژوهش پرسشنامه است که روایی آن با استفاده از روایی صوری و محتوایی و بر اساس نظر جمعی از استادان و صاحب‌نظران مربوط تأیید شد. اعتبار پرسشنامه با استفاده از محاسبه ضریب آلفای کرونباخ برای هر کدام از متغیر ها بالای 70/0 به دست آمد.
نتایج حاصل از تحقیق نشان می‌دهد از میان انواع متغیرهای وارد شده در تحلیل رگرسیون جهت تبیین متغیرهای اثرگذار بر عملکرد شرکتهای تعاونی، متغیرهای مستقل مشارکت اجتماعی، اعتماد اجتماعی، انسجام اجتماعی، آگاهی اجتماعی، سطح تحصیلات و سن پاسخگویان بر میزان عملکرد شرکتهای تعاونی اثرگذارند که 1/69 درصد عوامل مؤثر بر متغیر عملکرد شرکتهای تعاونی را تبیین می‌کنند. از این میان، متغیرهای مشارکت اجتماعی و اعتماد اجتماعی بیشترین تأثیر را در  عملکرد شرکتهای تعاونی داشته‌اند.

چکیده [English]

This functional-descriptive-correlative study was carried out in 2009 to study the effects of social capital elements on livestock and poultry cooperative in the city Mashhad. Statistical population was 550 members of Mashhad livestock and poultry cooperatives from which a number of 170 were selected by Cocheran formula and stratified random sampling with proportional assignment. The study used a questionnaire which its validity was confirmed in form and content according to related professors and authorities. Questionnaire reliability was obtained for each variable (above 70%) by alpha Cronbach.
The findings of the study indicates that among the various calculated variables in regression analysis to determine the effective variables on cooperative functions, the independent variables of social participation, social reliability, social solidarity, social awareness, education and age of respondents were the most effective and determine 69.1% of effective factors of cooperative function variable. Among these variables, social participation and social reliability were respectively the most effective variables on cooperative function.
